In the misdemeanor procedure conducted before the Municipal Court in Mostar under case number: 58 0 Pr 233174 21 Pr for an offense under Article 4 of the Law on Fiscal Systems of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, when deciding on the defendant’s request for judicial decision requested through misdemeanor order number: 1083192979 dated March 29th, 2021, issued by the Federal Police, Mostar Police Administration, a fine of 3.000,00 KM was imposed on the legal entity and 500,00 KM on the responsible person of the company.
