In this package, our clients pay a predetermined monthly fee in advance for our legal services, and our legal team provides continuous, prompt, and expert legal assistance, starting from company formation, drafting statutes, work regulations, employment contracts, conducting lawful termination procedures, capital increases, exclusion of members from the company, organizing and attending shareholders’ meetings on behalf of our clients, and all other actions related to the company’s business operations.
