In the case of a change of the registered office of a registered entity resulting in a change of the court’s jurisdiction, electronic data and documents related to the business entity that has changed its registered office are submitted, without delay, ex officio to the registry court competent for the amended registered office of the entity. If the registered entity relocates its registered office to the area of another registry court, the registry court in whose area the new registered office of the entity is located is competent to decide on the registration of the change. In the case of a status change of the registered entity resulting in a change of the registered office, after the registration of the status change, the registration of the new entity will be made by the court competent for the new registered office.
