Our Law Office is located at the Sarajevo city centre. Since we cooperate with companies providing services of tax consultancy, audit and accounting, notary offices, court interpreters and foreign law firms, our clients, on the ‘one-stop source’ principle, can be provided with several types of services of law, tax consultancy, audit, accounting, etc. in our office.
The majority of our work includes legal representation before courts and institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, legal advisory and legal assistance in business law, recovery of claims, labour and contract law, acquisitions and mergers of companies, land registry law and other areas of law with reference to operations of companies.
We focus on each client with full attention, and with our team work we offer specialised legal services adjusted to the needs of a particular client. We promptly respond to inquiries, not later than within 24 hours.
This Law Office, among other things, provides continuous legal services to one of the largest banks in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in civil, non-contentious and enforcement procedures. Long-term users of services of this Law Office are regional market leaders in the manufacture of building materials, such as stone aggregates, façade plasters and paints based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and their founder from the Republic of Austria. We also provide legal services to associations in consulting, culture, sports and education, and to one of the most prospective companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina for high quality software solutions with the initial funds from the Kingdom of Holland.
Together with law offices/firms from 12 European Union countries, we are a member of the European Lawyers Network CARPE JUS e.V (carpejus.eu) based in Zurich, Switzerland. We are also a member of the association for promotion of economic relations between Germany and Bosnia and Herzegovina (https://bosnien.ahk.de/bs/) based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We are authorised for representation in procedures for obtainment and maintenance of rights to industrial designs, trademarks and geographical indications with the Intellectual Property Institute of Bosnia and Herzegovina (https://www.ipr.gov.ba/bs/stranica/lista-predstavnika_bs).
Rašid Haračić

BIOGRAPHY
Rašid Haračić, after completing the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo in 2008, completed traineeship at the Municipal Court in Vienna (Bezirksgericht Leopoldstadt) and Cantonal Court in St. Pölten (Landesgericht St. Pölten) in the Republic of Austria. When he returned to Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 2010 to 2017, he worked in the real sector in the capacity of in-house lawyer for different companies. From March 2017 to June 2018, he worked as an expert associate with a local law office in Sarajevo, after which he founded his own law office. He uses German and English in his work.
Emina Herdić-Haračić
BIOGRAPHY
External associate Emina Herdić-Haračić is a Bachelor of Law with the passed legal examination. After she completed the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo, in the period from 2009 to 2011 she completed her traineeship with the Municipal Court in Sarajevo. From 2011 to 2017, she worked for the Hypo-Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. Group (now Addiko bank d.d.) and Heta d.o.o. Sarajevo as a Bachelor of Law in the Credit Collection Department. Since 2017, she has been a member of the Management Board of the family owned company Hertex d.o.o. Modriča. She uses German and English in his work.
Lamija Haračić
BIOGRAPHY
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo, where she is currently a postgraduate student. Her biggest success during her studies was at the department of national law and international law. Since May 2019, she has been employed as a trainee with the Law Office of Rašid Haračić for civil, labour and economic law. Her intention is to focus her professional development on international law and protection of human rights. She is fluent in English.

The majority of our work includes legal representation before courts and institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, legal advisory and legal assistance in business law, recovery of claims, labour and contract law, acquisitions and mergers of companies, land registry law and other areas of law with reference to operations of companies.
We advise and represent our clients in a procedure for the establishment of companies, associations, and foundations in the entire territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. For the establishment of companies, we prepare all necessary documentation, in coordination with the competent institution, notary office and relevant registry for companies. We represent clients in procedures for obtainment of permits and opinions from regulators necessary for establishment, if needed, and we provide support in registration of companies with the relevant tax office, Indirect Taxation Authority, etc. We provide assistance to companies in opening transaction accounts in commercial banks in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We prepare and implement all types of status changes in companies. We offer legal advisory for mergers, acquisitions, reorganisations, takeovers, etc. We perform legal due diligence of companies. On a daily basis, we offer advice to business entities on all legal matters regarding their business operations. We draft all types of contracts required for operations of our clients, and represent them in negotiations with business partners.
Confidence of our clients is justified by dedicated and professional relations with parties in the procedure for recovery of claims.
We advise and represent natural and legal persons in procedures for recovery of claims in out-of-court and court processes (non-contentious, civil, enforcement, liquidation and insolvency procedures).
We advise employers and/or employees on their rights and obligations pertaining to employment relationship.
We prepare employment contracts, managerial contracts, staff regulations with job classifications, draft terminations of employment contracts, redundancy programmes, we negotiate with employees on behalf of their employers, and prepare decisions and other internal acts
We represent employees in labour disputes to challenge legality of dismissal and for reinstatement, mobbing, payments of amounts with reference to the labour law relationship, and in all other labour disputes.
We advise and represent clients, as needed, in the capacity of a liquidator, in all stages of liquidation procedure, and offer a comprehensive legal service for a rapid procedure finalisation to the satisfaction of the client.
We advise and represent clients in insolvency procedures before courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Most frequently, we represent clients in procedures for recovery of recognised claims. If needed, we represent clients in court procedures for challenge of client’s claims. We represent clients in public auctions in the procedure for divestment of a debtor.
LAND REGISTRY AND REAL PROPERTY LAW
We advise and represent clients on purchase, sale or encumbrance of real estate, we perform due diligence of land registry and cadastral situation of real estate.
We represent clients in all types of procedures for acquisition and encumbrance of real estate (purchase and sale, condominium, rent, lease, mortgage), and register relevant rights in land registry books and other public registries.
Provision of legal advisory and other services regarding the matter of compliance of transactions with legislation on competition.
We advise and represent clients in procedures before the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We prepare and report concentration, and provide comprehensive support to clients in procedures before relevant institutions.
